Fees and Cancellation Policy
Mr. Bongiovi’s fee is $600 per hour for his time preparing for and conducting proceedings, virtually or in-person. There are no administrative fees. For proceedings requiring his physical presence outside Clark County, Nevada, he additionally bills travel time at $175 per hour while travel and lodging expenses are billed at cost.
Matters cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled date will be billed for Mr. Bongiovi's time on the matter
to date.
