Briefs are typically due 14 days before the mediation/arbitration date. Mr. Bongiovi strongly prefers receiving hard copies of briefs and exhibits no matter how voluminous. However, in the event the provision of hard copies is problematic, the parties are asked to provide a drop-box link to allow him to download the relevant materials.
