Founded by attorney Joseph Bongiovi in 1996 after leaving his litigation practice, Bongiovi Dispute Resolutions (BDR) provides mediation and arbitration services for all types of cases and disputes and is widely recognized as providing a satisfying and extremely successful alternative to litigation for parties from Nevada and surrounding states.
