The Firm and Its Services
Bongiovi Dispute Resolutions was established in 1996 by attorney Joseph Bongiovi after leaving his successful litigation practice. BDR is an alternative dispute resolution firm that handles all types of matters. Past matters have included personal injury/wrongful death, contract, insurance (coverage, bad faith, excess and reinsurance), product liability, professional negligence, intellectual property, commercial, real estate and employment disputes. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation for successful mediation and arbitration of both simple and complex matters. Its clients include attorneys, companies and insurers from inside and outside Nevada. The only matters not handled by BDR are domestic, foreclosure and construction defect disputes.
Rates and Cancellations
Mr. Bongiovi's billing rate for all matters is $400 per hour (there are no administrative fees).
Travel and lodging expenses are billed at cost; travel time is billed at $175.00 per hour.
Matters cancelled or continued within two weeks of the scheduled date will be billed a $2,000.00 cancellation fee.
